Portia de Rossi appeared on Ellen’s show to promote her new memoir, Unbearable Lightness.
Portia discussed her battles with anorexia and coming out, as well as her experience with modeling as a young girl.

She mentioned that her battle with body image began when she was thirteen and was told at a photo shoot that her butt was flabby.
Portia went on to tell Ellen that when she looks in the mirror today she still doesn’t think she’s perfect.
Ellen’s response? “I do.”
