Gossip’s Beth Ditto is mighty holy in her latest music video.
Die-hard Gossip fans will rejoice over the newest video for “Perfect Noise” off the band’s upcoming album, A Joyful Noise. It’s been a long road since the group emerged from Olympia, Wash., a lush spot in the Pacific Northwest notorious for girl punk bands a la Sleater-Kinney.
Singer-songwriter Beth Ditto takes us into an immaculate world for “Perfect Noise.” The video is set in a place of worship, with Ditto draped in white, singing, “We can be more than before, I said it was, I made it stronger.” “Perfect Noise” is a go-getting, self-believing tune you won’t be able to get out of your head.
