Los Angeles Black Pride’s 2011 Survey

This survey for the LGBT African-American community in Los Angeles aims to educate others while giving the community a voice.

Los Angeles Black Pride (LABP) is urging all African-American same-gender loving people in the Los Angeles county to complete a short survey online. The results will be used to educate both political leaders and the broader community on the issues important to African-American LGBT people in Los Angeles. The survey also aims to give the local African-American LGBT community a voice in national, state, and local current events.

The study will include a survey that analyzes data from participants including demographics, issues, and concerns of L.A.’s African-American lesbian and gay community.  The report will be released during Los Angeles Black Pride’s annual pride celebration taking place June 30 through July 4.  For more information, including survey participation, please log onto myblackpridela.com/survey.
