You know her. You love her. You secretly want to be her. And now she’s back with a brand new lesbian film to share with all of us.

Katherine Brooks, writer/director of the critically acclaimed Loving Annabelle and Waking Madison, returns with her newest addition to the silver screen, Confidential.

Confidential stems from the idea behind Brooks’ Loving Annabelle—forbidden love.

This is a feature film that explores an intense and complex relationship between a female psychiatrist and her female patient.

Does this sound interesting enough for you?

Production has been set to begin on Valentine’s Day with shooting taking place in New Orleans and Thailand. “This is my voice,” says Brooks. “It’s a personal story. Only right to tell it and base it here.”

The film revolves around a psychiatrist and her patient but it also represents a deeper meaning. In a world where prescription medication is handed out like candy, Brooks wanted to comment on “the fucked up system” found in areas of the medical field.

We are all holding our breath to see what is in store for this highly anticipated film. Brooks has started a Kickstarter campaign to ensure the film-reviews’s completion in the upcoming months.
