LAS VEGAS PRIDE CELEBRATES THE 45TH ANNIVERSARY OF STONEWALL
 
This year marks the 31st Anniversary of Las Vegas PRIDE and the 45th Anniversary of “Stonewall”. As in years past, this year the diversity and pride of the Las Vegas lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) community will be celebrated with numerous events over the course of two weeks. 
 
We have added some new events to this year's line up says Ernie Yuen, Las Vegas Pride President.
  • Our first event will be at The Center with The Men’s Chorus on Friday August 29th “One Voice United in Song.
  • We will have our traditional opening pool party’s Temptation Sunday at The Luxor on August 31st.
  • Another great addition is going to be a Pride “All You Can Eat” Brunch at Simons, both Sundays August 31st and September 7th, beside all you can eat it also includes all day access to the pool, after your meal relax poolside and listen to the DJ.
  • Tuesday September 2nd Come and mingle and enjoy a cocktail at “Cocktails and Conversation” this event is co hosted with HRC.  
  • You can’t miss our ever so popular “Las Vegas Pride Family Bingo” Wednesday Night September 3rd. Hosted at The Center, our Bingo Host Norma Llyaman has some great surprises come early to get your seat. Thursday night September 4th is our Boys party at Share Night Club.
  • Ladies we did not forget about you. Las Vegas Pride partner Shedonism is back and your host DJ Lisa Pittman have an amazing line up for a “Sinful Women’s Weekend & Hotel Takeover”. From September 3rd to the 8th a weekend packed with amazing entertainers, great DJ’s and sexy dancers. Lisa is presenting nine amazing events, including pool parties.
  • Friday night we host our annual Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade. PRIDE’s 16th Annual Night Parade promises to be grander than any other PRIDE parade ever held in Las Vegas! Join us on September 5th from 8 to 10 p.m. in downtown Las Vegas for the most glamorous, glittering spectacle ever created by the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community of Southern Nevada. This year’s PRIDE Night Parade features Las Vegas’ gay and straight business community, nonprofit organizations, GLBT service agencies, civic groups and churches as well as our newly crowned PRIDE royalty Mr and Miss Las Vegas PRIDE 2014, Michael and Paloma. The pre parade party starts early at “Meet” (4th and Bridger- Downtown from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. After the parade, the party will continue all night long at Piranha Nightclub for the Official PRIDE Night Parade After‐Party.
  • Saturday September 6th from 12:00noon to 10:00pm is our Pride Festival, Food, full service bars, unlimited fun and lots of shopping. For the family’s we have a Kid’s Zone from 12:00noon to 6:00pm. This year we are adding an adult area for your shopping pleasures. Entertainment is going to be crazy with Mister Chase, from Rupaul’s Drag race Courtney Act and our Headliner and Parade Grand Marshal the Diva herself Kristine W.
The entertainment committee has some special surprises, you need to come to the festival and see.
 
  • Sunday September 7th is our wrap up day with our closing pool party at The Luxor. For the guys an old faithful Bluemoon’s T Dance and the Sunday evening we wind down at the Revolution lounge for “REVO Sundays. Las Vegas Pride is happy to announce that we are also hosting 2 Latin events, Tuesday September 2 and Sunday September 7 at the Piranha Nightclub.
We hope you all come out and enjoy many events we have planned for you. With over 32 events in 9 days, there is something for everyone.
