| Q. I've recently moved. How do I update my subscription? A. Call our subscription department toll-free at (800) 705-0070 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST to speak with a customer service agent who can update your account.
Q. Why is it taking so long for my subscription to begin? A. Because Curve is published only eight times a year, it can take up to twelve weeks to receive your first copy of the magazine, depending on when you placed your subscription order. If it is an international order, it may take even longer.
Let's say we received your subscription in the first week of July. By that time, we would have already mailed the July/August issue to our list of subscribers. Your name would be included on our list of subscribers for the September/October issue which should arrive the first week of September -- eight weeks after placing your subscription order.
