She Said Lenny by Kate Hewlett

Sometimes the man of your dreams, isn't!

Published:

“She Said Lenny” is a sweet little film about love—how we fall in love, our expectations for a partner and what we do if our expectations fall short.  Ellen and Lenny meet through an online dating service.  They exchange 87 E-mails and text messages before they finally decide to meet in person.  As Ellen explains through voice over, all she’s looking for is someone with ambition, maturity and fearlessness.  And, oh yeah, a penis!  What she gets is another story.  What would you do if who you were expecting turned out not to be what you had in mind at all, but you had already fallen in love with them?  Take a six minute break and enjoy this short film.
