Just weeks after announcing her engagement to reality TV star Tila Tequila, model slash heiress Casey Johnson has died in her Los Angeles home, according to TMZ. Johnson, longtime on-again, off-again girlfriend to Curve's December cover girl Courtenay Semel was 30 years old. According to LA Police officer Sara Faden, Johnson was dead when paramedics arrived to her home around 11:51 a.m., spurring Internet speculation that the star had been dead several days before her body was discovered. Fader said there were no signs of foul play though the final cause of death will be determined by the coroner, whose toxicology report may take up to six weeks.

According to an unnamed source at radaronline.com, Tequila blames prescription medication for Johnson's untimely death. Tequila Twittered, "Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family."

The Johnson family's publicist Jesse Derris, said the Johnson clan was "mourning its tragic loss, and asks for privacy during this very difficult time."

Johnson, a  former classmate of Paris Hilton who turned down the role on The Simple Life calling it, "the stupidest mistake of my life," leaves behind a daughter. Her final Facebook post, on Dec. 29, 2009, said simply, "Sweet Dreams Everyone."
