Located on 100 private acres in New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains, The Highlands Inn is known for its welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Guests love being able to meet and socialize with other lesbians from all over the country, whether chatting at breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the spacious fireplaced living room. The area boasts world-famous fall foliage and hiking and skiing are among the best in the country.

The Highlands is one of very few inns or resorts dedicated to serving the lesbian community. Since our first commitment ceremony in 1985, hundreds of couples have held civil unions, commitment ceremonies, and now legal marriages at the Inn. Our years of experience and dedication to marriage equality make us uniquely prepared to help women achieve the wedding of their dreams.

The Highlands Inn has long been recognized as one of the finest women's inns in the country. The Highlands received the PlanetOut Editor's Choice award every year of that award's existence, recognizing "outstanding achievements in gay travel." The Inn is also honored to be an annual recipient of the Pink Choice award.
