6-piece queer rock band FAME&FICTION will embark on their first ever tour.  Collectively, FAME&FICTION write and develop songs around the energy of 6 souls rocking out together in an East Nashville basement.

“The pop songs of 2017 are all highly controlled, compressed, auto tuned, subject neutered and bland. Like potato chips, we are meant to love a song at first listen and take it no further,” said lead guitarist Kristen Ford.

In the Trump era, where LGBTQ rights are under attack, the glass ceiling for women is thicker than ever, in an industry where women are expected to either be a girlfriend of a musician or a sexualized singer, and deep within the heart of Red Tennessee, FAME&FICTION has much to say, to play, and to celebrate.
