The series 'Notas Aparte' encourages teenagers to embrace their sexuality.

Published:

A new Spanish web series was released earlier this month. Notas Aparte follows the story of Sara, a shy, naive, and closeted student who is in desperate need of tutoring on Art History lessons in order to pass her exams and enter University.

After finding out that her new tutor, Helena, is a lesbian, Sara begins to discover and understand plenty of things about herself. Simple art lessons lead Sara on a personal journey towards self acceptance.

Although the series is in Spanish, each video has English subtitles for those unfamiliar with Spanish.
